At LAMHE Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your lab-grown diamond jewelry, please review our exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Request for an exchange should be placed within 7 days/ 1 week of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging included.
- Customized, engraved, or resized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (customers must pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item).
Exchange Process:
- Initiate the Exchange: Contact our customer service team at lamhediamonds@gmail.com or call us at (011) 23988041, (011) 23938041 to request an exchange authorization.
- Return Shipping: Securely package the item and include all original documentation. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for exchanges within India.
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the item meets our exchange criteria, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Receiving the New Item: Once approved, we will ship the exchanged item and provide tracking details.
Additional Terms:
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be issued as store credit (refunds are not available for exchanges).
- Exchanges for promotional or discounted items will be based on the original purchase price.
- If the item does not meet our exchange criteria, we will return it to you at your expense.
- We reserve the right to limit exchanges per customer.
